Verifications

It is the intent of Ecclesia College to assist the student in obtaining a quality education, and using that education to the fullest extent.  However, in the event the student has an outstanding balance with Student Accounts, the college must receive payment in full prior to releasing degree information, grades or official transcripts.

Request for verification of enrollment, major, or degree should be made in writing by the student to the Registrar’s Office.  Each request must list the student’s ID number and the address that the form should be sent to.  Please put in your request in a timely manner.  Please allow 2-7 days for processing.  Download the Student Verification Form below.  Click here to view all other academic forms.

Insurance Verifications, Address Verifications, Verifications for Employment Purposes, Letters of Enrollment, Loan Deferments, etc. should be sent to:
