New Dates for the Christian Classics Tour
Ecclesia College Board of Regents Member and Alumnus, Twila Paris, soon embarks on the next leg of the Christian Classic Tour. The brainchild of promotor, Dennis Fiorvanti, this year’s tour brings together four of Christian music’s most respected and long-lived artists. Along with Paris, the tour features Steve Green, Larnelle Harris and Wayne Watson.
When asked what the tour means to her personally, Twila says “These concerts are almost like a class reunion... Not only for the artists, but for the audience as well. It gives us all the opportunity to reconnect. These songs hold fond memories for so many of us because along the way, God has used them to do His work in our hearts.”
Over the years, each of these artists has been known to "step aside" as they sing -- purposeful in making Christ the central focus. So don't miss the chance to join in worship with them this year when they come to your area of the country!

Twila Paris has released 22 albums, amassed 33 number one singles, and won 10 Dove Awards (including Female Vocalist of the Year an astounding three separate times, Song of the Year for God Is In Control, Praise & Worship Album of the Year for Sanctuary, and best Children's Music Album for Bedtime Prayers).
She’s much more than just a pop songwriter because familiar Paris songs like He Is Exalted and We Bow Down can also be found in many church hymnals. She has helped to pioneer today’s praise and worship music and contributed greatly to making this informal style acceptable to musically conservative churches. Her first, full-length album, Knowin' You're Around, was released in 1981.
