Ecclesia Ministers Conference Committees

President’s Council: The President’s Council is selected and appointed from among the ordained EMC ministers in good standing to assist the president in the general oversight of the EMC, giving faithful stewardship to the life, values, vision, relationships, and wholehearted involvement of the EMC in the advancement of God’s Kingdom.

Senior Mentoring Team: The Senior Mentoring Team is composed of men with proven lives and ministers, trusted seasoned veterans with fresh anointed vision; competent, committed, and positioned to give oversight to the mentoring process for the personal lives and ministries of EMC members, faithfully leading them by word and deed in the life, values, vision, relationships, and wholehearted involvement of the EMC.

Credentials Committee: The Credentials Committee administers and oversees all aspects of membership and status of ministerial credentials in the EMC.  All dispositions will be made in line with the life, values, visions, relationships, and wholehearted involvement of the EMC.

Steering Committee: The Steering Committee gives oversight and direction to all EMC general assemblies, events, and projects.  All aspects embrace and promote the life, values, vision, relationships, and wholehearted involvement of the EMC.

Facilitation Team: The Facilitation Team facilitates the President’s Office to insure the year round day to day success of all other teams, committees, offices and individuals of the EMC, especially that of the President’s Office, the President’s Council, Credentials Committee, Senior Mentoring Team and Steering Committee for assemblies, projects, and events.

Program Committee: In direct cooperation with the Steering Committee, the Program Committee develops and executes the program for each assembly, project, and event in line with the life, values, vision, relationships, and wholehearted involvement of the EMC.

Registration Committee: The Registration Committee under the Steering Committee handles all registrations and accounts for all registrants for all assemblies, projects, and events where registration is required.

Hospitality Committee: The Hospitality Committee under the Steering Committee “shows hospitality,” ministering care to all attendees of each assembly, project and event, including welcome, housing, food, transportations, etc.  Our unforgettable hospitality should reflect the life, values, vision, relationships, and wholehearted involvement of the EMC.

Ushers Committee: Under the Steering Committee, the Ushers Committee plans and executes its timely assignments including seating attendees, distributing materials, receiving offerings, etc.  They will also be ready for “out of season” surprises.

Logistics Committee: The Logistics (set up) Committee, under the Steering Committee, shall handle all set up aspects of each assembly, project and event.  This committee will be largely responsible for a smooth and quiet learning atmosphere.

Budget Committee: The Budget Committee works to see to it that the EMC meets its budget, including all assemblies, projects and events in line with overall financial policies of Ecclesia, Inc.

Women’s Committee: The Women’s Committee works to input participation to the addressing of special needs of considerations unique to women ministers and wives of ministers.

Communication Committee: The Communication Committee is responsible to gather, process, and help disseminate appropriate information in line with the Christ-life, values, vision, relationships, and wholehearted involvement standards of the EMC in cooperation with Ecclesia’s Vice President of Communications.
