You will also need to download the Long-Form Application and mail it in with your Application Fee ($35), Parent Reference Form and Pastor Nomination Form to Admissions, Ecclesia College, 9653 Nations Drive, Springdale, AR 72762. Or get your $35 Application Fee waived by dropping off your Long-Form Application personally during a campus visit!
